Dylan the project manager was very helpful, informative, and personable. He put me at ease and took me through the whole process of what to expect. Sergio, Elizabeth, and Larry did an awesome job of sealing off the rooms, cleaning up the water mess and setting up the fans to dry out the walls. Everyone was very helpful and professional. I can't say enough good things about Puro Clean and how they handle things. From the start with Eric Nielsen to survey and assess the damages and communicate with the insurance company. Then came Dylan Klemm and his crew to work on the mitigation portion on the water damage, followed by project manager David Kummer with his expertise and knowledge of sub contractors to use for the reconstruction of getting our house back together. All along the way I was impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and ability to communicate on a personal level in an easy to understand manner. I have worked with PuroClean two times in the past. Both of my experiences with PuroClean have been seamless. Dave Kummer was the project manager. He was very reliable and responsive with coordinating all the projects that were underway during such a stressful time, and was able to alleviate any extra stress with his dutiful attention to detail. His team members worked well alongside him, namely Sean and Luis. Sean and Luis from the Drywall and Painting team were such a joy to work with. They both had smiles on their faces every morning. Ruben and his team from Content Management were also very knowledgeable and helpful. They took very good care of managing the contents in my home. It feels wonderful to know that the people who are working on your home enjoy what they are doing and take pride in their work.

After hiring and dealing with an incompetent contractor who botched the work, I reached out to PuroClean. Paul Rocco and Dave Kummer came out, assessed the issues, and explained what needed to be done to correct the problems. It was a very stressful and emotional situation for me and they were kind and compassionate. They immediately arranged for a crew, Jose and Sal, to start the work. The crew was punctual, knowledgeable, and very professional. They handled everything from ordering and picking up products/materials to returning any residual. They were very clean/tidy during the whole process and I was not left with dust/dirt throughout my place. They adhered to my HOA's strict building "rules and regulations" regarding construction. They had an eye for detail, a great work ethic and did an amazing job. Paul and Dave oversaw the crew closely. They were always available for calls and responsive to texts. Dave frequently stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly and remained on schedule. Working with them was seamless; I did not have to worry about anything. I can not say enough good things about this team. They stepped in and bailed me out after a horrible experience and I'm forever grateful. My only regret is not hiring them from the very start. Paul and Dave, I hope your managers are reading this and you're acknowledged for being great, caring and hardworking representatives of the company. You deserve a raise/extra vacation time!! You lead by example and it's no wonder you have a wonderful team who respect and enjoy working for you. Thank you guys for everything, I really appreciate it.

PuroClean has a wonderful team, from project managers to the workers. They are fast, responsive, highly professional, and very considerate of the clients. During the mitigation and construction process, the team are highly respectful of my property and interact very well with the house members, including the pets. Arnold Donato, the project manager, is always highly professional and has been very supportive. He walked us through the whole process and helped us communicate with the insurance company. Julio, who is leading the construction and mitigation, is very efficient in his work, highly dedicated, easily to communicate with, and seems to have excellent work ethics. I highly recommend the team for whoever has problems with property damage, and needs a response team to deal with it properly and thoroughly!
